0-5, historic ‘Manita’ from Ibiza to Malaga

The Ibiza, in the Third game for coach Paco Jémez at the head of the team, all with victories, thrashed Málaga away from home (0-5) in a match in which he ridiculed an impotent rival, inoperative, without rhythm, without chances and who has accumulated four games without winning at La Rosaleda that move away from the positions of the promotion phase.

The Ibizan team, after an exit from Málaga in the opposite field, began to command the match, touching the ball clearly and effectively and playing quickly on the wings. The first visitor notice came in a center to the small area, which was badly cleared by the midfielder Pauline of the Source, and the rebound hit the striker Guerrero, who was about to surprise goalkeeper Dani Martín.

But Malaga was not doing well, slow, imprecise, without being able to break the framework in the midfield imposed by Paco Jémez. And after several attempts the goal came for the Balearic team in a center to the right of the former Malaguista Cifu who did not get to clear the local defense and the striker Sergio Castel he hooked a semi-volley that hit the crossbar and went in (m.11).

A hard blow for Málaga, which was surprised by its erratic start, as has become customary in recent games played at the La Rosaleda stadium. After the goal, the setting changed for the locals, with the wingers coming into play more Kevin Medina and Paulino de la Fuente, which embarrassed their defenders, and all distributed by Aleix Febas and Ramón Enriquez.

It didn’t take long for Ibiza to recover, firm in defense and trying to play on the counterattack, although they had lost offensive power compared to the first leg of the match.

The second half had similar characteristics as at the beginning of the first 45 minutes, with a dominating Ibiza and a fearful, nervous Málaga with no desire to come back. The sentence came five minutes into the second half with an error in the front of the goal area Aleix Febas, which he took advantage of, with a shot from the penalty spot, Christian Herrera.

The situation was very complicated for Málaga, cold, without grit, attitude, and a splendid Ibiza, who played at will, without opposition. It was so easy for the players of the Ibizan team who were looking for a win in a field that was once in the First Division. And it could arrive perfectly for what was shown in the field. The third goal came just three minutes later on a shot from Gonzalo Escobar.

But there was more, because with the blue and white team, at the mercy of the rival, he wandered the field. A lateral free kick was launched by Herrera, he touched a defender and he descooped Dani Martín, scoring the fourth goal in the 58th minute.

The bleeding did not stop in a historic win at La Rosaleda that Ibiza was never going to forget. There was time left to achieve the so-called little hand and it was after a corner that he headed unopposed the Goldar power plant in the 80th minute.

The desperate Málaga fans left the field, shouted against the coach José Alberto López, much questioned, and left crestfallen.
