The controversy was enormous and Maurzio Sarri, Naples coach at that time, the next day he fell to Fiorentina and affirmed that his players had lost “already in the hotel”, watching the San Siro game.

If the case is discussed again today, it is because Alfredo Trentalange, the new head of the Italian referees, wants to change the image of the braids and his revolution began with the first interview of an active referee. The referee stated that for him “it is not a problem to recognize a mistake” and that the objective is to continue working “so that they do not happen again.”
