In Italy they look at one of the stars of Elche

Elche CF is fully immersed in the fight for salvation. After the victory achieved in the debut of Francisco at the head of the Elche team, the Martínez Valero team occupy 16th place in LaLiga, with 15 points and 3 above the relegation, which Cádiz CF currently marks. While the new Elche coach will not want to lose any of the team’s fundamental pieces in the middle of the season, there are players who, due to their individual performance, are not going unnoticed in Europe. This is the case of Lucas Boyé, an Argentine forward who, in 13 games, has added 4 goals, and who has become one of the stars of the Elche team. Hence, the first siren songs arrive from Italy for the winter transfer market.

As reported ALLmarketWEB, Bolonia would be interested in taking over the services of the Argentine striker. The fact that Lucas Boyé’s name appears in the meeting that will take place between Joey Saputo, president of the Italian team, and the sports department “to learn about market strategies and preferred profiles (of players)”, as reported the Gazzetta dello Sport, has a lot to do with his past in Serie A. As reported by this medium, the Italian team “are looking for a new striker to replace Marko Arnautovic in the transfer market in January”, and Lucas Boyé was already under the command of Sinisa Mihajlovic in Torino. The Croatian is the coach with whom the Argentine has played the most games in his career, a total of 45 games in which he scored 3 goals and gave 2 assists.

Since Lucas Boyé arrived in Elche, The 25-year-old striker has become an irreplaceable piece for all the technicians who have been on the Martínez Valero bench. Last year. In his first season with the people of Elche –not in the Spanish LaLiga, since he played during the 2017/2018 season for Celta de Vigo–, Boyé scored 8 goals and distributed 3 goal passes in the 34 games he played between the league competition and the Copa del Rey. However, the Argentine contributes more than goals, and it is that he has become the main generator of offensive football and dangerous occasions for his team. In this way, both Francisco and Elche will be reluctant to let him go.
