Freixa sees a conspiracy in the arrest of Bartomeu

Toni Freixa believes that there is a black hand that has moved token in recent days to stage the arrest of the former president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, his advisor, Jaume Masferrer, and the executives, Óscar Grau and Gómez Pontí, coinciding with the week of the elections: “It is very painful for any partner. This comes from a demand from a group of partners, just like Neymar who started from a demand from a partner. It always starts with friendly fire and then our enemies take advantage of it. I am sure there is an intention to harm the club. There is a summary secret and the Mossos have even made a tweet informing what they were doing. Tonight a former president of Barça is sleeping in a dungeon. And that doesn't mean I don't have to pay for it if you've done something wrong, but all of this repels me greatly. The arrests do not come at the request of court number 13. I would like to know who it is that has given the order then ”.

These statements were made by the candidate on the TV3 program Onze, where he took the opportunity to deny that lead a group of ‘Bots’ trying to favor you through social media: “They always talk about mine, but not about others. Freixa, who denied having pending matters with the justice, did not feel alluded to when asked if he had had any contact with the Boixos Nois: “I have met with the Grups d'Animació del Camp Nou, in no case with the Boixos Nois.”

The candidate also claimed to feel like the winner on Sunday, March 7, and even ventured to predict a comeback in Paris: “I still believe that we can eliminate PSG and it is not the first time that I have hit something like this.”

He also made it clear that “I'm not a nuñista”, but “if they label me a nuñista, all I'm saying is that I'm delighted”.

Finally, when asked what virtue would stand out from the other candidates, Freixa highlighted “the enthusiasm” by Joan Laporta and “The ability to work” scored by Víctor Font.
