LaLiga has announced the schedules of the 18th and 19th matchdays in which the Barça will face the Elche at the Camp Nou on Saturday, December 18 (6.30 p.m.) and will visit the Mallorca Sunday, January 2 (9pm). The one in Palma will be the last of the first round and the first match of the year 2022 for the Catalans, which will close 2021 on Tuesday, December 21 (9.30 p.m.) in the fiefdom of Sevilla in a game postponed on the fourth day. In this way, the culés will have to exercise on January 1 to prepare the appointment against the Balearic Islands.
Regarding the schedule of Barça-Elche, will not coincide with the day referendum telematic scheduled for Sunday 19 on the financing of the Barça space.
In the Christmas holidays it is only planned that the Barcelona team will also play on January 5 or 6 in the 1/16 final of the Copa del Rey with a rival to be determined.
