The Spanish tennis player Paula Badosa defeated (7-6 (4), 6-4) this Saturday the Greek Maria Sakkari to add two of two in victories in the WTA Finals that are being played in Guadalajara (Mexico), and thus caress their presence in the semifinals.
In a tough match lasting just over two hours, Badosa achieved her second win, after that achieved against Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka, to lead the Chichén-Itzá Group. In fact, the Spanish has the ticket to the ‘semis’ almost guaranteed in the absence of a match, since it is worth a victory for Aryna Sabalenka or in three sets of Iga Swiatek in the duel between the two on this second day.
