Yuri illuminates the Ponferradina and sinks the Alcorcón further

A double by Ponferradina's historical top scorer, Yuri de Souza, illuminated the best, most solvent and decisive game of his team and gave him the victory against the bottom Alcorcón, who is even more touched and five points from the remaining places.

After a few first minutes of scoring, it was soon found that Ponferradina's plan was to wait for his chance, giving the ball to the contrary, without despairing and closing any danger on José Antonio Caro's goal.

After the first dangerous potter arrival, with a deliberate shot but did not take the necessary effect from Dani Ojeda, the action came that allowed the locals to go ahead on the scoreboard.

A fantasy play by Curro Sánchez, also supported with art by Yuri de Souza, allowed Erik Morán to enable the left, where the arrival of Adri Castellano allowed a center to the area in which the sports captain went ahead of the centrals to combing his head against Dani Jiménez, adding his fourth goal of the season for 1-0.

If possession was already being a visitor, it was even more accentuated, because Ponferradina did not discuss it with Alcorcón and only limited itself to keeping the spaces in order against a dominating rival, but inoperative.

Only in the 39th minute did a loose ball on the edge of the area allow Dani Ojeda to hook a shot to which Caro responded correctly down to send the ball to a corner kick.

The staging in the second half was very different, with the locals seeking to sentence with two almost consecutive actions, a first with a shot by Dani Romera who escaped by centimeters and then another by Yuri, who was decorated in excess, although the action it had been canceled for offside.

It did not take long for the local offensive to bear fruit with a past center from Panadero to which Curro Sánchez was forced, but found the collaboration of José Carlos, who arrived excessively late and launched locking the Sevillian.

The maximum penalty was officially transformed by Yuri, which forced Juan Antonio Anquela to play the trick of a triple change that did not mean any improvement either, such as the subsequent entries of Ernesto and another of the debutants, Xisco Jiménez.

The Ponferradina, with sufficiency, knew how to let the minutes pass without too much trouble to score three points that bring her closer to the noble zone and away from the descent.
