Zornoza, a very sensitive loss for Toril ahead of the Clásico

Claudia Zornoza’s is not another casualty for Alberto Toril. The Andalusian coach loses his leader in the Real Madrid machine room during his visit to Barça (Sunday, 12:00). The midfielder from Madrid will not be able to play against the azulgranas after being sent off in the derby with Atlético (white victory 0-2), as she must serve a one-match ban. A fact that hits the Madrid team, which will play in Barcelona without its top assistant (9 goal passes).

Zornoza had played almost everything this season, being the player with the most minutes (1747′) in the first white team. It should be remembered that the Spanish international was one of the players who left the best feelings in the team’s bad start to the season, in which he has continued to shine and showing a great level of form. In fact, given the large number of casualties that hit the locker room at the beginning of this League, Zornoza showed a great personality by leading the engine room even alone. And it is that the Madrilenian was the only pure midfielder in some other game.

Faced with this situation, with some casualties that left the team very touched in terms of game creation, the Spanish international proved to have a lot of quality on the pitch. The team showed a great emptiness in the spinal cord and Zornoza tried to alleviate the damage by bending his performance. With his absence now, Toril aims to shoot Kaci, Teresa Abelleira and Maite Oroz to occupy the center of the field in a very important game to continue with the good rhythm in the League. The Madrid painting chained eight wins in a row in the First Iberdrola and depends on himself to achieve European qualification.

This further fuels the team’s motivation and confidence to try to surprise a Barça that can reach its match as League champions if Real Sociedad lose on Saturday against Betis (13:00). If the txuri-urdin team wins, the Catalan team needs a victory against Madrid to sing the alirón.
