Wirtz becomes Bundesliga's youngest goalscorer

The front Florian Wirtz became this Saturday, with 17 years and 34 days, the youngest scorer in Bundesliga history by scoring Bayer Leverkusen's second goal in the game he lost 2-4 against Bayern Munich.

Wirzt scored in the 89th minute. He received the ball inside the area, beat Lucas Hernández with a dribble heel and beat Manuel Neuer with a shot to the second post.

With his goal, Wirtz relieves Nuri Sahin, who had scored with BorussiaDortmund at 17 years and 82 days.

Wirtz arrived at Leverkusen last winter from Cologne.

His match against Bayern has been his fourth in the first category of German football.
