Roberto Bautista again offered a Wimbledon his most solid, talented and strong version to advance to the round of 16 after beating Dominik Koepfer in the three sets (7-5, 6-1 and 7-6 (4) and two hours and 20 minutes that lasted a dangerous game resolved with mastery by the Spanish. The 27-year-old German and 62nd in the world gave more war than the score reflects, especially in a first set in which he went ahead with breaks up to three times and in the third, when he had a 5-2 in favor. In his duty, he was also unable to maintain regularity with his service and Bautista took advantage of that route to regain ground over and over again.
