West Ham prevent another invasion by Eintracht fans

West Ham was clear that it was not going to allow this Thursday at the London Stadium, in the first leg of the Europa League semifinal, an invasion of Eintracht Frankfurt fans like the one that occurred at the Camp Nou in the quarter-final second leg against Barcelona, which was eliminated by the Germans. The English club managed that, although there was a large attendance of German fans, it did not become an invasion. Although 10,000 Eintracht supporters traveled to London, only 3,000 were able to access the match, the number allowed by UEFA.

Thus, West Ham repeatedly warned their fans that, if they resold their seats, their subscription would be canceled and they would be prevented from entering London Stadium for the remainder of this season and also in 2022-23.

Of course, Eintracht Frankfurt is very well protected in West Ham’s field, but their fans, although they make themselves known, are in the zone destined for them. Many traveled without tickets and gathered in the outskirts of London Stadium trying to get a place in the resale.
