Vinicius, Rodrygo, Ansu Fati and Ferran, contenders for the Golden Boy

The Italian newspaper Tuttosport has released the list of 40 final candidates for the Golden Boy, an award that rewards the best Under-21 player in European football. On October 15, the media will publish the 20 final finalists, from which the winner will emerge. At the moment, Spain still has four candidates: the Madridistas Rodrygo and Vinicius; the blaugrana Ansu Fati; and the international, now a Manchester City player, Ferran towers.

The award has as great favorites Jadon Sancho and Haaland, already recognized as world stars and with a market value close to one hundred million euros. However, the role of Vinicius and Rodrygo, the leadership of Ferran towers and the exciting flashes of Ansu Fati they are also well regarded in the pools.

Alphonso Davies, capital in the Bayern Champions League; or the promising ones Foden, Hudson-Odoi, Camavinga and Cherki They will also be tough opponents. In this last cut, however, renowned footballers have stayed along the way. It is the case of Kubo, Reinier, Eric Garcia, Miranda, Sergio Gomez or Bryan Gil.
