The Brazilian speaks with his compatriot Rodrygo: “We are going to make history together at Real Madrid”

The Real Madrid forward Vinícius Jr. confessed that he has been inspired by Cristiano Ronaldo and therefore “it is a dream” to wear the ‘7’ on his shirt, in the same way that Rodrygo Goes assumes new stripes with the ’11’ and together, they want to continue “making history”.
“I am very happy and grateful to have been chosen to wear Cristiano’s ‘7’, Juanito. I hope it will be a great season,” said ‘Vini’ this Friday in an interview with the white club media, along with his compatriot.
Rodrygo also values the responsibility of changing the number this season to wear the ’11’. “It means a lot to me. It’s a number that also had a lot of history in this club,” he says.
On the other hand, Vinícius confessed his admiration for Cristiano as a source of inspiration. “I have seen all of his games, he has marked an era in this club. Cristiano is an idol and putting on this shirt is a dream,” he explains.
“Paco Gento has won six Champions Leagues, for me it would be an honor to be close to this. I am very happy to wear this number”, points out Rodrygo, who in turn praises a “brave” ‘Vini’ to always face in one on one, while his partner highlights his vision of the game.
“We are going to continue together to make history. With work, anything can come, we have left Brazil, we have gone through difficult times and we have arrived in Madrid”, they conclude.
