Vinicius and his debut against Atleti: “They wanted to bite me …”

Vinicius prepares for another new Derby and does so by recalling in a new chapter of his documentary on Instagram (Vini for Real) what was his first match against Atlético. “My second game when I arrived in Madrid was with Castilla against the Atlético subsidiary,” explains the Brazilian, who has a vivid memory of that morning at Cerro del Espino in Majadahonda. “I thought the rivalry was more between the professional teams, but I missed them more than twenty times … they even wanted to bite me!”she exclaims, laughing. Atlético always presents a great team to try to beat Madrid, the greatest,” he says, but he feels confident: “I have never lost against them and I hope it continues to be that way for the rest of my career.”.
