VILLARREAL CF | JUVENTUS Parejo outshines Hurricane Vlahovic at La Cerámica

EI Villarreal remained standing against a hurricane that terrified La Cerámica during the first half hour of play. Vlahovic only needed 33 seconds to convince the most skeptical that it will be one of the greats of the Champions for many years. Great goal without even blinking. One of the fastest in tournament history. Control with the chest, stride and far from Rulli’s reach. World class striker. The goal gave him the confidence that every rookie needs, even one as good as him. And from there, did everything rightespecially in the first part.

But Villarreal enduredit was redone and he turned the psychic blow. Any other would have collapsed. He kept control of the game and came very close to punching back in the first half. Not doing so gave wings to Allegri’s reserved approach. But he didn’t lower the Submarine’s morale. His insistence was rewarded with Parejo’s draw after a pass from a huge Capoue, who gave Emery the reason to wait for him until the end. Justice. Until last year, a draw with goals would have been gold for Juve. Not today. Villarreal is one of the best visitors in the Champions League. And Gerard signs up for the return date. There are many reasons to believe in the machada.

And that at 33 seconds of play, the sky fell on Vila-real with a great goal from Vlahovic. Chest down a ball that fell from the sky, on the run, hold your breath on the neck of Albiol and Pau and put it next to Rulli’s post with aa maneuver in which the whole body turns before striking. Celebrate. As if he had 300 games in the Champions League. And in reality barely half a minute had passed since his debut in the best club competition in the world.

The ceramic suddenly turned off, incredulous at Vlahovic’s great goal. And Allegri lit up on his bench. His surprising approach, with three centrals, two lanes and a trivote in the middle came from pearls for defend the Serbian’s initial goal and go on the counterattack. And so it went for many minutes.

But Villarreal soon recovered from the blow. It had been 13 years since his last appearance in the round of 16, so it was not the time to get frustrated conceding a goal half a minute into the tie. He took the script from Emery and interpreted. Chukwuezeon the one hand, and Pedraza, on the other, struck again and again. At 12′, Lo Celso crashed a ball into the post after a pass from the left by Pedraza; and at 16′, Sczcesny found a heel from Danjumato a pass from the Nigerian, who smelled like a goal.

Juve trusted everything to their defensive strength and the cons. Everything happened through Vlahovic. He attracted opponents and left the teammate free of the mark. A) Yes Locatelli had the second. As time passed, the juventinos grew in their approach and Villarreal took a break. Morata and McKennie showed Rulli’s area although they did not hit the mark.

The plan came out to Allegri and after the break he introduced Bonucci to round off his work. Villarreal crashed into the Juventine wall again and again despite the fact that they increasingly brought possession together. It didn’t matter to the Old lady which was equipping itself closer and closer to Sczcesny. And there Parejo appeared, tracing an unusual diagonal in it. Capoue saw him and pulled her to his feet. the man from Madrid, with the left, in semifailure, he sent her to the cage and cracked Allegri’s hitherto perfect plan.

It was Villarreal’s moment, doubts entered the youth mind. But even though Parejo and Capoue dominated the gameno other occasion came. Juve had it Vlahovic again, from outside the area. But Rulli responded with a save.
