Vidal ironic about the goal annulled to Valencia at Di Stéfano

The VAR has intervened at Real Madrid-Valencia to cancel a goal by Rodrigo in the 20th minute, with 0-0 on the scoreboard. Sánchez Martínez, referee of the match, had validated the goal in the first instance, but the video arbitration analyzed the situation of Maxi Gómez on the play. Finally, the VAR observed the situation of the Valencia striker as illegal, influencing the play despite not coming into contact with the ball.

From Barcelona the answers have not been made wait. Arturo Vidal, the Chilean midfielder, has posted a message on his Twitter profile ironic about the lines, the two that the VAR drew to explain why he canceled the Valencia goal, and has accompanied him with an emoticon crying with laughter.

The Barcelona player thus showed his disagreement with the decision. His team, on the other hand, comes from a game in which the VAR was also the protagonist when validating a very debatable penalty on Messi. Iturralde González, arbitrator of the SER and AS, explained that such maximum penalty should not have been indicated.
