The daughter of the Kings emeritus and her husband, Iñaki Urdangarin, they paid an extra 201,000 euros in civil liability for the Nóos process. Now the Provincial Court of Palma has ordered that the Balearic Government proceed to the return of that money, published The world. The last hour of this case has the former Duke of Palma as its protagonist. Iñaki has tried to keep the money that the administration must pocket the princess and which, according to the newspaper, amounts to 68,000 euros.
However, the Provincial Court has rejected the attempts of the former handball player to pocket that amount. As the newspaper details, Cristina and Iñaki were not the only ones who paid more than what corresponded to the administration as compensation for the economic hole they caused to the Balearic public coffers. Also with them was Iñaki’s partner, Diego Torres. The three faced a total of 233,000 euros.
The Administration of Justice orders the Government of the Balearic Islands, chaired by Francina Armengol and Associates, that now reimburse Cristina, Iñaki and Diego Torres what is owed: to the infanta, something more than the aforementioned 68,000 euros; to her husband, 132,000; and to her former partner, 32,000.
