UEFA opened on Monday the process of acquiring the audiovisual rights of the Women's Champions League for the period 2021-2025, which will be centralized from the 2021-2022 season.
From that campaign the competition will have a new format with four groups of four teams, with home and away games, after which the top two in each group will qualify for the quarterfinals.
UEFA recalled that the centralized rounds of the competition will consist of a total of 61 games per season, all of them produced for broadcast, and that ten of the eleven days will have their own space in the match calendar without coinciding with clashes in other competitions.
The scheduled time slot for the meetings is prime audience.
