Two positives for COVID on the return to work in Lugo

The new course in the CD Lugo it starts with a start. The PCR tests that the players of the first team albivermella and its subsidiary, carried out throughout Monday, have yielded five positive for COVID-19. Two players from the first team and three from the subsidiary who will now have to keep strict isolation as indicated by the Health and LaLiga indications. Likewise, the club has reported (without giving names) that all those affected are in good condition and that they have not had direct contact with the rest of the club members.

This fact hinders the start of the albivermella preseason, which was scheduled for the same Monday by carrying out the relevant PCR tests. Later This Tuesday the medical examinations will be carried out for already on Thursday, July 8, to begin with physical work in the neighboring town of Pol given that the O Ceao training ground, where Lugo trains normally, is in the process of being reseeded. Now the focus will be on the new daily PCRs that the club must carry out in case there are any more affected.
