MADRID, 9 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish rider Toni Bou (Repsol Honda) achieved a resounding victory this Saturday at the newly opened Trial GP venue in Neunkirchen, in the first race of the weekend held in Germany.

The Repsol Honda Trial Team rider has given a good example of his riding, dominating both laps from start to finish, with zone 11 being the part of the route where Bou suffered the most. With today’s victory, the Catalan driver continues to increase the distance from him in the general classification with 94 points, 18 more than his closest rival.

“I am very happy with how the race went today, from the beginning I felt comfortable with my riding. We have done a great job with the bike, although it is true that we have had some problems with the big wall areas, where normally we don’t I usually fail so much,” acknowledged Bou.

The pilot stated that the World Championship is very even, so they should be prepared for Sunday’s race. “We will try to fix it for tomorrow, even so, today we have achieved a great victory. The points that we have achieved today are very important for the championship. Everything is very tight. We must be very consistent and always try to be in front,” he concluded.

The action will continue tomorrow, starting at 9:00 am, with the second day of the German Trial GP.
