Toni Bou extends his lead in the X-Trial in Clermont-Ferrand

MADRID 18 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish trial rider Toni Bou (Repsol Honda) won this Friday in the third round of the X-Trial Indoor World Championship held in Clermont-Ferrand, France, to be the sole leader in the general classification with his second consecutive victory.

The 36-time world champion snatched first place from fellow Spaniard Jaime Busto (Gas Gas) a week ago in Chambéry, from where they came out tied at 35 points, and held on to the top this new Friday now with 55 points to the 50 of Bust. Third in the World Championship is also Spanish Adam Raga (Sherco), with 33.

The one from Piera completed the six action zones in seven points, while Busto made it 10, second in the Zénith d’Auvergne where the French city of Clermont-Ferrand hosted a World X-Trial event for the first time. The championship will return in 15 days in Barcelona.
