The Franco-Cameroonian striker of Villarreal CF, Toko Ekambi, will play the remainder of the season given at the Olympique de Lyon, the Castellon club confirmed on Monday.
“Villarreal CF has reached a transfer agreement with Olympique de Lyon by Franco-Cameroonian striker Karl Toko Ekambi, who will play in the French club for the remainder of the 2019-20 season,” said Villarreal, who confirmed that the agreement “contemplates purchase option”.
Ekambi, 27, stood at the 'Yellow Submarine' in summer 2018 from the French Angers. In his time in the Castellón entity, he has played 52 games, in which he has scored 24 goals and has offered 10 assists.
