This will be the return to the stadiums: prior registration, group access, temperature taking …

Cadena SER has had access to the draft protocol that LaLiga is preparing to “define the conditions and requirements that must be met for the return of fans to the stadiums.”

The measures that will be taken to guarantee the safety of teams and fans appear in this draft. LaLiga establishes that a previous registration will be necessary to attend the meetings, for which an application will be enabled in which the following will be requested:

-Contact data: personal data will be taken: name and surname, ID, email or mobile address and date of birth.

-Conditions of access to the field: accept conditions of entry to the stadium, renounce your locality, show ID with the entry and accept the temperature taking.

-Signature of transfer of personal data to the club for use in organizing the meeting.

-Download a document explaining the obligations and recommendations.

With these data, LaLiga will be able to have an image of the fans who are interested in going to the stadium and thus be able to select them. Once chosen, it will be communicated through the club's website and in the offices themselves. The next step is to confirm attendance by each fan. Once their presence is assured, each attendee will receive their entry, which will include data such as the time of access to the stadium, plan of the stadium or the obligation to wear a mask and take the temperature at the entrance.

As for the preparation of the seats, each club will be in charge of choosing the seats that can be used taking into account the different circumstances: maximum capacity for each match; the seating area occupied by the benches will not be available, as will the limited area for official staff, photographers …; respect the minimum safety distance; mark the enabled seats with a green sticker.

Once the fans who will be able to attend the stadium have been chosen and the locations of each of them have been defined, LaLiga, according to the protocol to which the Cadena SER has had access, also establishes what the entrance to the fields will be like to avoid crowds. For this, the clubs will have to ensure the maintenance of the safety distances with all the necessary personnel.

In addition, in the stadiums there will have to be information through posters and video scoreboards. There must also be separation of the areas by fences and hydroalcoholic gel must be provided for the spectators. LaLiga establishes a first security ring to preserve security and help this entrance to the stadiums in an agile way. There the entrance, the use of the mask and the body temperature will be checked.

In this draft protocol, LaLiga divides fans into 5 groups to manage their entrance to stadiums, associating them with an access time slot:

– From 1:30 am before the game until 1:15 pm: all groups.

– From 1:15 before the game until 1 hour before: group 1

– From 1h before the game until 45 min before: group 2

– From 45 min before to 30 min before: group 3

– From 30 min before to 15 min before: group 4

– From 15 min before to start: group 5

With the start of the game and already inside the stadium, a series of guidelines to follow are also established. The club must appoint personnel to accompany the fans to their assigned area. In addition, the most vulnerable people will be located in the areas closest to the evacuation zones. Fans, at all times with their mask, will not be able to move from their seat during the whole match, except by force majeure. In that case, they must turn their backs on the fans in their line. In addition, LaLiga announces that food and beverage and merchandising establishments will be closed.

Finally, for an orderly and safe exit for the fans, the same instructions are established as for the entrance. In addition, spectators must leave the stadium by rows, starting with the rows closest to the exit. All of this will be coordinated by club staff. For their part, the clubs must ask in the 40th, 45th minutes and at the end of the match to comply with the rules.
