The youtuber Javier Caireta has published a video in which he recreates what the retractable lawn mechanism will be like in the new Santiago Bernabéu. That retractable lawn is one of the stars of the white stadium makeover.
The idea of Real Madrid is that the new Bernabeu host all kinds of events, from concerts to tennis or basketball matches. So that this does not harm the grass, the white club has chosen to install a mechanism to make it retractable.
