He was one of the great supporters of Aless Lequio in his fight against cancer. More than four years after the young man’s death, his former girlfriend, Carolina Monjehas announced her pregnancy, the result of her marriage to Alex Loperawith whom he said ‘I do’ in October last year in a religious ceremony in the church of Begur (Girona).

Monje shared the happy news through her social networks with an emotional video, where “nervous” and “excited” she checked the result of the pregnancy test: “14 weeks of pure love”she wrote alongside the post. While she was celebrating the arrival of a “little brother” with her dog, her husband walked through the front door of the house. Surprised and excited, he reacted to the news by hugging Carolina.

He also wanted to share what one of his first ultrasounds was like and how they broke the news to his family and closest circle. However, the best is always last. And so it has been. In the last seconds of the video, Monje showed an ultrasound, where the baby could be seen.

It’s been more than eight months since Carolina and Alex sealed their love and now they have decided to start a family. After the loss of Aless Lequio, Carolina found love again with the businessman, whom she married in style with a spectacular classic-cut dress, with a special lace on the top.

It is worth remembering that Ana Obregón, Alessandro Lequio and Carolina herself shared hospitals and many hard moments while the entrepreneur, who died on May 13, 2020, battled Ewing sarcoma that he was diagnosed with in 2018. Carolina and Aless came to live together in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid and adopted little Boby Puchum, a dog that she continues to take care of with great affection.
