The centre explains that “it is necessary to have the appropriate and sufficient staff for the distribution in the students’ dining room of the breakfasts, lunches and dinners that are prepared in the kitchen on average daily during the school year of 500 students, following in some cases the table service procedure and in others the hot line procedure”. To this must be added the Institutional Events that take place throughout the course, which will be increased with the presence of Princess Leonor.

The tasks of these waiters include preparing tables, serving meals during lunch on weekdays, self-service food delivery for breakfast and dinner on weekdays, cleaning and clearing tables, tidying up the office and work area, serving at formal events and washing dishes and cutlery. The estimated value of this contract is 649,440 euros.

New stage for Leonor
