Barça also reported that “in a meeting with Joan Manuel Trayter, trustee of the partners, they have drawn up a certificate of appointment of the members of the Management Commission from among the members of the Economic Commission and those of the Disciplinary Commission.

The following people have been appointed as members of the Management Committee:

– Carles Tusquets Trias de Bes, President

– Joan Ramon Ramos and Raich, vice president

– Joan Lluís Garcia Jobal, treasurer

– Josep Maria Mir Padulles, secretary

– Miquel Lladó Casadevall, vocal

– Josep Maria Xercavins Lluch, vocal

– Àlex Tintoré and Espuny, vocal

– Sònia Cano and Fernández, vocal

As provided in the Bylaws, the Management Committee will exercise the functions of government, administration and representation that are the responsibility of the Board of Directors, but limited to the necessary and essential acts for the maintenance of the normal activities of the Club and the protection of its interests. The main function of the Management Commission is to call for elections to constitute a new Board of Directors, which it must do within three months from when its members have taken office. The Management Committee will hold a meeting tomorrow at 11.30 am. Subsequently, at 12 noon, its president, Carles Tusquets, will formally appear, together with the trustee of the partners, Joan Manuel Trayter.
