This Friday, the Campagnolo Tour of Ibiza Campagnolo opens its inscriptions to participate in the XIX edition of this march, which will be held between October 8 and 9 and will cover 160 kilometers around the Balearic island divided into two stages.
Registration can be made from June 3 to August 31 for a price of 80 euros, which will rise to 95 for those who register between September 1 and October 5, which will be when the possibility of participating closes. in the XIX Tour of Ibiza Campagnolo.
The XIX Campagnolo Cycle Tour of Ibiza combines cycle tourism with competition and divides its route into two stages that will have a total of four timed sections but will also try to promote the most special corners of a place like Ibiza.
The first stage, to be held on October 9, will also be the longest. The participants will have to travel 91.8 kilometers with 1,700 meters of elevation gain, starting at the port of Ibiza and finishing at the top of Can Germá, with three refreshment points and three timed sections along the way.
The second day is somewhat less demanding and more designed for enjoyment, with a 68-kilometre route and a drop of 1,000 meters that will only have a timed section and two aid stations. The start will be in Sant Agustí and the finish line will be in Sant Antoni, making the march a long way through the southern part of the island of Ibiza.
In the last edition before its twentieth anniversary, the Vuelta Cicloturista a Ibiza will conclude with a barbecue on the Passeig de Ses Fonts, in Sant Antony de Portmany as the end of the party.
