The Western & Southern Open in New York marks the week

The world of tennis continues with its progressive return to normality after the stoppage caused by the coronavirus pandemic. While women's tennis has already been officially reactivated in tournaments such as Palermo, Prague or Lexington, andhe men's tennis will have its first official competition from this Friday at the Western & Southern Open, which this year changes its headquarters from Cincinnati to New York for the US Open 'bubble' (August 31 – September 13). Garbiñe Muguruza, a finalist in the Australian Open, will be the only Spanish representative in the tournament before facing a new Grand Slam challenge at the US Open, the only great one that, along with the Australian Open, has yet to conquer.
