The ‘Warriors’ strike down the Czech Republic and take the first step towards the Games

MADRID, April 11 (EUROPA PRESS) – The Spanish women’s handball team defeated (21-31) the Czech Republic team this Thursday on the first day of the Pre-Olympic Championship held at the Tavi y Carmona Sports Palace in Torrevieja.

The ‘Guerreras’ took the first step towards being in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games with an undisputed victory. Those of Ambros Martín, with a good Merche Castellanos between the sticks and a defense that set the pace of the effective offensive transition, had the punch to also achieve a juicy income in case of ties.
