The Visit Mallorca Estadi increases the capacity

To date and in the past City of Palma Trophy, lThe Balearic authorities only allowed 5,000 spectators to enter the venue. Now, they are adjusted to the percentage announced at the time by La Liga, that is, 40% of the total capacity of the stadium.

Through the following statement, the club establishes the rules to follow and how access will be carried out between subscribers to the first two home games in matchdays 1 and 3 against Real Betis and RCD Espanyol:

-The GOIB authorizes an increase in capacity of up to a maximum of 8,775 fans (40% of the Stadium capacity).

-Regarding the separation between people, the Club will guarantee a seat of separation between fans, regardless of whether or not they are living together.

-Obligatory compliance with the safety and health measures established by the competent authorities. Use of a mandatory mask (use of the FFP2 is recommended), remain seated, maintain a safety distance – specified in a separate seat in the stands and 1.5 meters in the rest of the Stadium, hand hygiene, smoking ban , etc…

-Allow people from 12 years of age to attend as a public who can document: complete vaccination schedule (double schedule or one in case of having super COVID 19), having passed the disease within the previous 6 months, negative PCR in the 72 hours prior to the match or antigen test in the 48 hours prior to the match. For children under 12 years of age, entry is allowed without any of the above requirements, only that they prove that they are under 12 years of age, although it is recommended to undergo a PCR or antigen test, in case of not having passed the disease in the previous 6 months.

-About food and drink: In the seat, only the consumption of water is allowed. However, restoration points will be set up around the ring of the Stadium for the consumption of food and drink, always respecting the current restaurant regulations, in this case tables for 8 people and 1.5 meters of distance between tables.

For the organization of the match, RCD Mallorca establishes the following measures for the attendance of the public:

-The criteria for assigning tickets will be as follows: for the Real Betis game the subscribers from the even zones will enter and for the RCD Espanyol game those from the odd zones, so Luis Sitjar stands from seats 1 to 72 They will enter the Real Betis game and from seat 73 to 140 the RCD Espanyol game. The subscriber does not have to register, the Club will send the ticket directly to the fan's email (this process can take up to 24 hours from the start of delivery). Likewise, the Club estimates that there will be free places in the South End, so fans will be derived from other stands (attendance of a match in the South End will not imply non-attendance in their area for the next match).

The tickets will not be nominal, if a subscriber cannot go to the Stadium, they will be able to give up their ticket.

The box office hours for any questions are: until Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The opening of doors will be 2 hours before the game and entrance groups will be established. It is reiterated from the Club that the entrance groups are met to avoid queues and crowds at the entrances.
