The VAR takes four minutes to annul a goal against Valencia

Kevin Gameiro had managed to overtake Valencia in the close duel against Alavés. However, the VAR has ended up canceling the goal after 4 minutes of review.

Maxi pressured the loss of the Valencia ball well and caused a rebound that fell at the feet of Gonzalo Guedes. The Portuguese saw how one of his favorite partners, Gameiro, was alone and gave him a goal.

Everything seemed correct, until the VAR notified the referee to go and review the action on the monitor. Cuadra Fernández answered the call and it took him a long time to determine that there was a previous offside by Maxi at the start of the play.

In total, the game was stopped for about 4 minutes.
