The truth quartet

Espanyol came from adding ten points out of 12 –and three consecutive victories– in a stretch of four games in two weeks, before the experienced bump against Fuenlabrada (1-1) and especially Girona (1-2 in Cornellà). And, just at the moment when the most leadership is in danger parakeets, there is another tightness in the calendar, with other four days that this time will be played in just ten days, between this Thursday at seven in the afternoon and the Sunday of the following week at four.

A defeat would directly entail the loss of that leadership.

Then, on Sunday at four in the afternoon, A Real Zaragoza will arrive at the RCDE Stadium that has chained a whopping nine games without winning, with the removal of the coach –Rubén Baraja– included, and who occupies relegation positions, but which represents the reunion with a classic First Division match, so the motivation of the blanquillos will be maximum.

Again at home the parrots will play the Wednesday, December 2, at seven, in front of a half table Cartagena, as close to promoting promotion as it is to relegation, and with a 'top scorer' in their ranks like the incombustible Rubén Castro, who has the same goals, eight, as Espanyol striker Raúl de Tomás.

The truth quartet will end in style on Sunday, December 6, Constitution Day, in Cornellà-El Prat. David Gallego will return to the stadium that was his home with a Sporting de Gijón that during the first 13 days has been on his heels the Blue and Whites, who are only waiting three points below and against whom Vicente Moreno's men cannot lose because they are, like Leganés, a direct rival.
