The Supreme Court ratifies the sentence for non-payment of his son’s pension and the sentence to pay more than 13,000 euros

The compensation amounts to 13,200 euros (corresponding to the young man’s pension from 2018 to 2021) plus interest and a fine of 900 euros.

However, the judicial fight between Carrasco and her ex could continue in the coming months, since the aforementioned publication assures that Rocío has not paid her son’s pension either since 2022, so Antonio David Flores would be preparing a new lawsuit that, Given this resolution, he has every chance to win again.
