The Spanish justice raises the precautionary measures against UEFA for the Super League

MADRID, 21 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Mercantile Court number 17 of Madrid has ruled the end of the precautionary measures requested by the Superliga after estimating the appeal presented by UEFA, which now has free rein to sanction Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Juventus.

“I consider UEFA’s opposition against the precautionary measures adopted in the order of April 20, 2021 and I agree to lift the measures agreed in said resolution,” said the sentence released this Thursday and signed by Sofía Gil García, Magistrate of the court, which recalls that you can appeal within 20 days before the Provincial Court of Madrid.
