The sentence of the ‘case schedules’ will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday

Judge Sánchez Magro, head of the Commercial Court number 2 of Madrid, assured just seven days ago, at the hearing between the Federation and LaLiga, that his sentence in the ‘case hours’ would arrive before the end of this week. Its resolution will arrive, presumably, next Tuesday although it could be extended one day more given the extensive wording of the car. What is clear is that His decision will be known before the next day, the sixth, for which LaLiga has already set the schedules on Saturday and Sunday.

Both in the Federation and in LaLiga optimism reigns with the result of the sentence. In the RFEF there is caution, but they trust a lot in the work done by their legal services, since there are already several lawsuits that LaLiga has won since Luis Rubiales is president. The RFEF, in the last hearing, was very forceful, calling it “Structural bad faith” the attitude of LaLiga to set matches on Monday and Friday in these first days of First and Second, despite the fact that he finally had to change his schedules as has happened again on this last day in the silver category. In addition, the RFEF alleged, that LaLiga occupies all the windows is a detriment to more than a million federative chips. “Women's football begins this day 4 and there is no way to see it on television in a free window.”

The employers also believe that, at least, First and Second Championship matches can be played on Monday or Friday, although they understand that it would be fair to be able to do it both days as they wish. And not only as long as fans cannot access the stadiums, as happened at the end of last season when the Viana Pact temporarily lowered tensions, but for the future without having to pay more money to the RFEF. LaLiga, through the lawyer Carles Vendrell, remained firm in the last confrontation in its request for precautionary measures. He defended again that his schedules “do not pose any harm to the Federation's competitions.”

On the first day of this season, LaLiga scheduled meetings on Friday and Monday, thus missing the decision made by the head of the Commercial Court number 2 of Madrid, which contradicted the precautionary measures requested by the entity chaired by Javier Tebas to be able to play in those days.
