The Sanse starts walking with the attractiveness of Pokorny

Xabi Alonso's Sanse is already underway. The realistic subsidiary has begun this Monday in the Z6 of Zubieta the pre-season training under tremendous heat. The Toulouse coach and his young team have been supported by the San Sebastian club's staff, because the president Jokin Aperribay, the manager Aitor Díaz de Mendibil, the Football Director, Roberto Olabe, and his right hand, Erik Bretos have been present; as well as the head of the subsidiary and the third team, Gorka Larrea. Slovak midfielder Peter Pokorny, the only signing for the subsidiary so far, was the main attraction on the first day of work. He was not the only one, because the return after his assignment at Mirandes de Näis Djouahra; and Roberto López, last year in the first team, have also captured the photographers' spotlight.

Although the most notable of the first day were the important absences that Xabi Alonso had on the first day. Because Luca Sangalli, Urko González de Zárate, Álex Sola, Aitor Fraga, Jon Ander Olasagasti and Beñat Turrientes they dropped out at the beginning of the preseason. The first three appeared in the Z6 within half an hour of play, while the last three worked all the time outside the group. The appearance of Sangalli on a pitch after more than a year of injury was applauded by his teammates and celebrated by the members of the club who were watching the first training of the subsidiary. The San Sebastian will have to bring experience to a very young group for their new adventure in professional football.

Before the start of the session, the president, Aperribay, gave a speech of a couple of minutes to the foals in the center of the field, after greeting all the members of the team one by one, but there was no public statement to the media displaced to Zubieta, neither from Aperribay nor Xabi Alonso, nor from Olabe. “Eager to fight,” the coach from Toulouse said briefly when he approached the band to greet the journalists, while outlining a smile that made his happiness to face such an attractive challenge. From the outset, the Toulouse will have 30 players, but will have to make discards. At the moment the realistic subsidiary plans to play six friendlies. The club announced on Monday a new match against Toulouse in France's Ligue2 led by former realist Phillipe Montanier.
