MADRID, 25 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) announced this Monday that the capacity of the Nuevo Arcángel Stadium in Córdoba has been expanded and that it has opened more seats to the public due to the high demand for tickets to watch the duel between Spain and Switzerland corresponding to the second day. of the Women’s Nations League.

As indicated by the federation, so far nearly 9,000 tickets have been sold for the world champion’s first match in front of her fans since her historic conquest on August 20 in Sydney, although local media place this figure above of 12,000.

The Córdoba fiefdom has capacity for 21,650 spectators and it must be remembered that the record attendance for a women’s team match is the 11,209 fans who went to El Sadar in Pamplona to see the victory against the United States last October.
