The instructor of the file of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) for Deportivo-Fuenlabrada proposes the administrative decline of the Madrid set.
The investigating judge in the Fuenlabrada case has closed and communicated to all interested parties the closure of the file, proposing the demotion of the “Fuenla” category. This proposal is prompted by the commission of a disciplinary offense for conduct contrary to good sporting order of a very serious nature typified in article 68.1 of the disciplinary code, to which must be added a fine of 15,001 euros.
Fuenlabrada now has 10 days to appeal This sanction proposal, which before being effective should be ratified by the Competition Committee of the Spanish Football Federation.
