The Rafa Nadal Museum has proceeded this Monday to enable the showcase in which the Grand Slam titles are exhibited of the Spanish tennis player to make room for the Australian Open 2022, the “big” number 21 conquered this Sunday in Melbourne.
Nadal’s academy has released a video in which a person in charge of the installation is seen repositioning the Grand Slam trophies won until now by the Mallorcan to make a hole that was awarded this Sunday by defeating the Russian Daniil Medveded in five sets.
Since 2005 the Balearic tennis player has conquered 21 Grand Slam: Roland Garros (13), US Open (4), Wimbledon (2) y Australia (2).
Since its inauguration in 2016 The museum with Nadal’s trophies, located next to the academy facilities in Manacor (Majorca), has been visited by thousands of people.
