Emma Heming Willis has asked the paparazzi to “keep your space” and stop “yelling” at her husband Bruce Willis after being diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. The 44-year-old model has made this appeal through her Instagram account, where she has made a plea full of emotional charge, to explain that the family needed to take care of the protagonist of Crystal jungle calmly.
“If you are someone who is caring for a person with dementia, you know how difficult and stressful it can be to go out into the world with them and walk safely,” Emma said in a touching video.

Bruce’s wife added as a sample of some episodes of harassment from the press about her husband: “I’m looking at the headlines and there’s a video of my husband outside, having coffee with some friends, who had to stand up to protect him.”
For Emma, these types of situations show that awareness about these types of diseases is lacking: “In the spirit of raising awareness about dementia, it is clear that there is still a lot of education that needs to be imparted. So, this goes to the photographers and cameras who “She’s trying to get those scoops out of my husband; just stay out of his space. I know this is your job, but you have to respect the space.”
The model also explained how annoying it could be for Bruce when journalists yelled at him to get pictures of the actor: “For the cameras, please don’t yell at my husband, don’t ask him how he is, or the ‘woo- hooing” or the “yippee-ki-yays” (mythical phrases of the interpreter in his most famous films), just don’t do it, okay?”, she commented visibly upset.
Emma clarified how she expected the press to behave from now on with the actor and his family. “Give him the space he needs, allow our family or whoever is with him that day to take him from point A to point B safely”, she has begged through the network. Most of Willis’s wife’s followers have shown their support through comments with phrases such as “I’m sorry you had to say this, but you put it perfectly” or “You are doing a brilliant job with an amazing task. difficult. Love and respect to the Willis family.”
Only a month ago the family of the Hollywood star made public the sad diagnosis of the actor’s incurable disease; frontotemporal dementia. Since then, the world has turned to convey the love and affection of all his fans to the actor’s family, but the pressure of the press can be a real problem for those around him in his already complicated daily life.
