The organizing committee of the Tokyo 2020 Games has informed this Friday of the arrival of the monument of the Olympic rings to the Odaiba Marine Park, where on January 24 they will live their official inauguration as one of the great tourist attractions of the Japanese capital.
Thus, the monument reaches 15 meters high and will be located until August of this year in the waters of this artificial island. The Olympic Games will begin their competition on July 22 and the protocol ceremony, with the parade of athletes, will be on July 24.
In that Odaiba Marine Park several swimming and triathlon tests will be held, after having solved the problem of the high concentration of E. Coli bacteria that was found last October 2017 in its facilities.
