The night that Santiago Pedraz had to sleep on the floor: the truth of that break with Esther Doña, a year later

August 12 is coming up. A year has passed since the bizarre break between the judge Santiago Pedraz y Esther Dona, widow of Carlos FalcoMarquis of Griñón.

Surprising news, since the magazine Hola had just announced on its cover, the engagement of the wedding of the beautiful Malaga and the magistrate of the National Court, with the resounding message in the mouth of the bride herself: “We are getting married.”

The love story became something more than the end of a relationship of just over a year. One year later, we have learned from sources close to the head of the National Court the consequences of the rupture on the night of the dispute. According to the judge himself, Esther Doña forced him that night to sleeping on the bedroom floor that they were sharing until then.

In order not to add more tension to the strong discussion in public that evening, Santiago Pedraz slept and tried to rest on the hard floor of the room. But his decision to break off such a complicated relationship was already firm and irreversible and he told Esther Doña that personally at that time.
