A new title arrives from The Soccer. And it will do so with the help of readers. After 19 books in the saga, Roberto Santiago has decided to innovate this successful SM children's collection, which has more than three and a half million copies sold in Spain alone and has been translated into more than ten languages.

For this title, the number 20, The mystery of the golden mask, its author will write 20 chapters of the book with the direct help of his readers. It will thus become the first interactive soccer novel. The mechanics are very simple. Every Friday, the Diario AS website, in collaboration with Kimitec Y Maavi Foundation, will publish a chapter of the novel number 20 of The Soccer, starting next Friday, May 28, with a question about three possible alternatives for where readers want the story to continue. Participants will have 48 hours, from Friday at six in the afternoon and until Sunday at the same time, to vote which one they like best. Roberto Santiago will continue writing the novel according to the winning answer; in this way, it will be the readers themselves who guide the author until the end of the story.

The complete novel, published by SM, will hit all bookstores in November. And it will be accompanied by comics and illustrations that will make the plays live from the field.

“Il Bambinísimo“
