Due to the coronavirus epidemic, with an important source of infection in northern Italy, the Ministry of Health decided a few days ago that the Getafe-Inter in Milan to be held on Thursday, March 19 at the Alfonso Pérez Coliseum is behind closed doors to avoid the possible arrival of Italian fans from a risk zone.

The criterion of prudence and, above all, not creating alarm for society is what the city council is following and what I ask of the citizenship,” Sara Hernández said, after presenting the project of a sports center for refugees in Getafe with the support of the Spanish Olympic Committee.

“The coronavirus is an element that we cannot lose sight of. I am not going to enter into any controversy, what I am going to do is to support the team and without a doubt to transfer all the support to the blue tide that Getafe runs permanently. In health matters, we must understand the concern that exists in a part of society and calmly and serenely try to solve it “, concluded the mayor.
