The looks with the least 'likes' from the Golden Globes: Dua Lipa's pomposity, Da'Vine's godets and that asymmetry of Selena Gomez

The Golden Globes red carpet is like a style test. Considered the pre-Oscar film festival, the Globes leave us with a diverse, transversal and imaginative fashion catwalk. In that maximum inspiration we have found Margot Robbie, Emma Stone, Rosamund Pike o Natalie Portman. Also to Meryl Streep, Martin Scorsese, Issa Rae, Gilliam Anderson, divine with that white strapless dress; and Oprah Winfrey, spectacular with a violet silhouette design. We cannot say the same with other looks, which have gone viral for being the least flattering at the photocall. Some because they are not understood, like the red asymmetry of Selena Gomez; and others because they are lackluster or dull, like that of Two Lipto. There goes our list.

We start this gallery with that same one. Dua Lipa's. The singer was successful with a marvelous Tiffany & Co. necklace designed in 1962. She failed in her dress, inspired by the silhouette of a cello. She was custom-made, signed by Schiaparelli, with a tight-fitting, very musical body and a ballerina skirt that was too pompous and started almost at the knees.

We continue with Da'Vine Joy Randolph. The actress won a Globe for best supporting performer for her work in Those who stay. Da'Vine, who got the wine red color right, got the godets on the skirt wrong. Better, a pencil skirt or a mermaid silhouette.

Selena Gomez, candidate for Only murders in the building, went for a passion red Armani Privé. Incomprehensible asymmetry between the short and the long that unbalances the design. The volume of the skirt doesn't help, nor does the top that is inspired by the back of the dress. As if he had turned the design around to destructure it. It wasn't a good idea.

Also lackluster are the options of Billie Eilish, Elisabeth Olsen, Emily Blunt and Karen Gillan.
