The last Spanish champion of the Orange Bowl learns from Nadal

The Spanish player of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar Dani Rincón had the opportunity to train with Rafa Nadal in the facilities of the Academy in Manacor. The young promise of national tennis was accompanied in training by technicians Carlos Moyá and Tomeu Salvá.

After joining the Rafa Nadal Academy a year ago, Daniel Rincón inscribed his name in the history of national tennis, becoming the sixth Spanish player to conquer the Orange Bowl. in the Sub-16 category, something that until then had only been achieved by Álex Corretja (1990), Gonzalo Corrales (1991), Tommy Robredo (1998), Georgi Roumenov (2005) and Pablo Llamas (2018). Additionally, Dani prevailed in the doubles modality with Abedallah Shelbayh, also a player at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar.

The double in the Orange Bowl certified a great year in which, in addition, he had achieved two other important tournaments. In Vila do Conde (Portugal) and Casablanca (Morocco) he won his first two ITF World Tennis Tour Junior trophies, a category in which he also reached finals in Luque (Paraguay) and Manacor (Academia Facilities).

In 2020 Dani continues to grow at the Academy And, thanks to Rafa's inspiration and motivation, he will continue to fight to fulfill his dreams.
