The judicial police will investigate the alleged irregularities that José María Muñoz, Málaga's judicial administrator, denounced in a letter before the Court of Instruction number 14 of Málaga (which instructs the 'Al Thani case') with respect to the advertising contract that in 2013 BlueBay signed with Malaga and that made the hotel company a sponsor of the club.

That commitment was valid for two seasons and represented a total amount of 2.65 million euros.s that, according to what was collected by José María Muñoz in his reports and analysis, there is no evidence that there has been a subscription to the club. Said agreement, signed in 2013 and announced at the time by the Blue and White club, was valid for two seasons (2013-14 and 2014-15), but BlueBay's advertising only appeared on the back of the Blue and White team's jerseys. under the bib, during the first of those two seasons.

A year after that agreement, problems began and a long process of lawsuits between the hotel company and Abdullah Al-Thani for half of the shares of the sheikh (96.88% of the club). Since March, there has been a provisional execution of the sentence in which BlueBay is given as co-owner of these shares through NAS Spain, which has been managed by José María Muñoz for a few weeks.
