The horrifying details of the complaint against Dani Alves: touching, rape and a slap

The Brazilian soccer player has entered prison without bail this Friday by order of the Barcelona Examining Judge number 15, where both the victim and Dani Alves (39) have given a statement during the morning. After listening to both parties and studying the evidence provided, especially the plaintiff’s medical report, the investigators tip the balance towards her: “It is a full-blown violation,” they say on Cadena SER.

The events happened in last morning from December 30 to 31 at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona. The alleged victim accessed the VIP area, along with some friends, where she shared a table with Alves and his group. In her statement, she states that the soccer player followed her into the bathroom, where she allegedly put his hand under her underwear before corner her in a cubicle with no cameras and penetrate her. Later, always according to the woman’s story, he slapped him and returned to the disco. She followed him and continued dancing until Alves left. It was then when she told her friends what had happened and they were safe in the room, that she quickly called the Mossos d’Esquadra.

The girl gave a statement and was taken to a hospital, where she was recognized and an expert report was prepared. Days later, formalized the complaint at the Les Corts police station. Among the evidence presented by the plaintiff’s defense is the 46-second video of the nightclub, which shows how Alves follows the girl to the toilets.

He denies everything: “No, by God!”

Alves, married to the Spanish model Joana Sanz, has joined the Brians 1 prison in Sant Esteve Sesrovires (Barcelona) and will spend the next few nights in the cell 15. The judge in the case has ordered prison without bail due to the seriousness of the facts (they rule out the risk of escape or possible destruction of evidence, the other two reasons for which the decision is made) and because of the strength of the evidence provided by the alleged victimin addition to several inconsistencies included in the footballer’s statements.

He admits that he was at the club with the girl but denies everything else. He already did it a few days ago in And now Sonsoles: “Yes, I was in that place, with more people. Enjoying. And whoever knows me knows that I love dancing. I was dancing and enjoying myself without invading the space of others,” he explained very seriously. “I don’t know who that lady is. You come to a bathroom and you don’t have to ask who is there. I have never invaded a space. How am I going to do it with a woman or a girl? No my God”.
