The height of Alberto Garzón: living in an urbanization called ‘Pablo Iglesias’

Thanks to the minister’s wife Alberto Garzon, Anna Ruiz, we know what the house that the couple has in the urbanization known as “Pablo Iglesias” is like in Rivas, the Madrid town with a progressive tradition, where the couple will become parents for the third time next year. Ruiz is very active on social networks, where she has more than 18,500 users, and she does not hesitate to post images of her home, a triplex with a patio and community pools, in one of the most progressive areas of the Community of Madrid.

Last September the Minister of Consumption and his wife announced that they were going to have their third child. Anna Ruiz awaits the arrival of the new baby from her three-story house, a triplex, with a beautiful patio, which they bought in 2018 in the town of Rivas Vacia-Madrid, located 15 kilometers from the capital in the direction of Valencia.

Anna uses her Instagram account to show some of the corners of the 130-square-meter house, where she lives with her husband and two daughters, Olivia y Chole, three and two years old. She also offers everything from beauty tips, personal reflections and plans for mom with her own activities for children of such a young age.

The family and their two cats enjoy a three-story house; In the first one is the patio, surrounded by vegetation that provides a bit of nature and a lot of privacy, a toilet and a kitchen that leads to a dining room and a living room that opens onto the small garden. The rest of the four bedrooms are distributed between the two upper floors.

Although the house is ideal for a family and offers space, it is not a luxurious property, since the couple paid about 200,000 euros for it at the time, as can be confirmed through the housing portal Idealistic. The neighborhood provides community structures such as outdoor swimming pools and leisure areas, where you can interact with neighbors, make friends and let the little ones in the neighborhood play and have fun together.

The house is located in a neighborhood of Rivas with tradition, and the urbanization is called “Pablo Iglesias”, although the reference has to do with the deceased founder of the PSOE, and not with the former vice president of the Government and husband of Irene Monterowhose political coalition includes the United Left, the party in which Alberto Garzón is a member.
